I was about 10 watts off target on all but one interval. Ouch.
Run:
10 minute run. Simply to test my ankle, which has been giving me trouble. Felt fine, not perfect, but better than it has the last few days for sure. It's the Peroneus Brevis Tendon pictured below I think.
