3 x 50 descend to fast

main set:
6 x 300 as follows
-300 on 4:40 (I swam 4:37 and took 15 sec rest for 4:52)
-300 on 4:30 (I swam 4:32 and took 10 seconds rest for 4:42...I should have taken 5 more seconds rest)
-300 on 4:20 (I swam 4:27 and had took 20 seconds rest for 4:47...not taking that extra five seconds rest before this 300 affected me. I would have taken more rest after this 300 had the next 300 not been an easy 5:20)
-300 on 5:20 (I took 10 seconds rest but didn't need it-just cleared the goggles)
-300 on 4:20 (I swam hard, finishing in 4:17 and took 40 seconds rest. I just had to.)
-300 on 4:00 (I swam my ass off and only hit 4:10. I was reaching complete red line.)
