Soar from Monday's run on concrete. This is a time when I especially should be running exclusively on soft surfaces. Will certainly do so Friday or saturday, which ever day I decide to run again.
PM: Easy 35 minute MTB spin while Whitney jogged around the neighborhood.

325 days
Today is March 16, 2008. Weight: 192 lbs.
For 325 days I've used as many reasons not to roll out of bed 45 minutes earlier, go to sleep 45 minutes later, hit a pool, mount a bike, lift a weight...
I've worked out randomly from time to time, but I am a shell of of my former self. And I am ok with that. I needed a break.
But it's time to get rolling again. This time around, I intend to keep my workouts, and my ego, in check. What do I mean by that?
I'm not going to drive to Brookshire to ride 4 hours...or even an hour. I'm just not driving. I'll bike at Memorial Park...on the Picnic Loop or on the trails.
I'm not swimming more than 2k in a single session, period.
I'll run. And I'll do it more often and with better form.
But I won't let it rule my life. I won't let it keep me from enjoying a beer with friends. I won't let it keep me from being spontaneous. From eating mexican food.
I just need to start eating healthier. Start working out more regularly.
Help me. Hold me accountable.

If you don't see me post in four or five consecutive days (with a workout report), e-mail me.
Do it out of love.
Cheers.
