Notice any trends here? Too many oops's. I was feeling good though. Despite some physical pain in my knees caps I was feeling like I could have kept running if I needed to. That doesn't mean I wasn't happy when it was over, just that I felt alright through the entire set.
4 hour ride tomorrow. Hopefully it warms up a bit. This morning's run was downright cold.
