I guess 8:05 pace should warrant 171 AVG HR having not run in a workout (i.e., not towards a Hulopo'e Bay Punch) for over two weeks. It was also a good way to try to rid myself of the rust.
Below are photos of this morning's route and this morning's weight. I know it will take time to get back down to 175, which was my pre vcation weight. I am hoping to get down to 170 for the race. I think it is certainly achievable.
